Refund policy
We want you to love your Rose at Home Set, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (including the velvet box and perfume bottle)
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts due to customer handling
- Personalized or custom gift sets (if applicable)
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
